Alichi graduated with a bachelor's degree in agricultural engineering from Enugu State University of Science and Technology. Her journey into Nollywood began unexpectedly in 2010 when she joined the Actors Guild of Nigeria on a whim. Her debut role came in the movie "Magic Money" alongside Mercy Johnson and Bob-Manuel Udokwu. However, it was the 2016 film "Akaraoku" directed by Yul Edochie that propelled her career forward. The movie gained traction on social media due to its intriguing title, leading to more opportunities for Alichi in the film industry in 2017 and beyond.
