I expected more, the plot wasn’t following in sequence… got confused with Sharon and Mary part

It was an average project .the cast made an honest effort to rejuvenate the characters in all honest.i only sort of feel like the story line had a lot continuing and alot of uncessary things taking a gander at what the primary target was.otherwise it was ok.it wasn’t so awful.

The movie is good but my question is when Mary is not Sharon why did Mary admit she is Sharon when she’s inside the pastor office?and why the disease what cause it? The film no clear wella ooo maybe it get part 2 sha
