Uzoamaka Aniunoh is an actor and a writer based in Lagos, Nigeria. She began her acting journey in November 2017 and has since starred in several notable films and television shows such as MTV Shuga, Diiche on Showmax, Africa Magic Riona, Ponzi, Netflix Original's A Naija Christmas, Venge, Ije, Ìfé, Ananze and the Zipman, etc. In 2021, Uzoamaka was listed by Filmone Nigeria as one of its Box Office Breakthrough actresses for her lead role in Ponzi. In the same year, Uzoamaka won The Kim Renders Memorial Award for Outstanding Perfomance for her lead role in Ìfé. Uzoamaka was listed by TheNet Nigeria as one of seventeen actresses to look out for in 2021 and was listed in the New Establishment 2021 category by Ynaija. Uzoamaka is working on a feature film, The Weekend directed by Daniel Oriahi for Trino Studios, set to be released in 2023 alongside her other projects-- Mamiwater by CJ Obasi, Dinner with Friends by Kambili and Domitilla by Filmone.
