Seeking to refine her craft further, she embarked on a transformative educational journey at the New York Film Academy's Hollywood branch, immersing herself in the study of Acting for Film and Filmmaking.
From an early age, Agu's affinity for the arts was evident. At just five years old, she unearthed her abilities in drawing, sculpting, dancing, singing, and even mimicking people. These talents marked the inception of a lifelong commitment to the world of art and drama. This dedication was nurtured through her active participation in numerous drama clubs throughout her growth.
A pivotal moment in Agu's career arrived when she secured her first role in Teco Benson's "Formidable Force." Though a minor "waka pass" role as a nurse, this marked her debut on the big screen. This initial step led to her subsequent breakthrough in the film "Egg of Life," which starred renowned actors such as Clarion Abiola, Ebele Okaro, and Pete Edochie. This project propelled her into the spotlight and cemented her place within the industry.
